Who is responsible for your data

The controller is Clickme Kft., 3360 Heves, Béla király utca 3/A., Hungary. Contact: hello@aiappranking.com, +36 30 712 0230. We have not appointed a data protection officer; we are not required to.

What we process, why, and on what basis

Visitors browsing the board.

• We count listing impressions, detail views and outbound clicks per app and per day. These counts are aggregated and are not linked to an identified visitor. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in reporting to advertisers and operating the board (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Our server keeps standard access logs for security and troubleshooting. Legal basis: legitimate interest.

Advertisers with an account.

• Account data (name, email, password hash) and the app details you submit, so we can run your account and show your listing. Legal basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Billing data and invoices. Legal basis: performance of a contract, and our legal obligation to keep accounting records (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
• Service emails about your subscription, renewals and failed payments. Legal basis: performance of a contract.

People who contact us.

• The name, email address and message you send through our contact form, so we can answer. Legal basis: legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.

Who else processes it

We use the following processors. They act on our instructions only.

• Our hosting provider — operates the server on which the website and its database run, in Germany.
• Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France) — sends our transactional email, such as contact form confirmations and subscription notices.
• Our payment service provider — processes subscription payments. We never see or store your full card details. [To be named here once the payment provider is activated.]

We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for third-party advertising.

Transfers outside the EEA

Our hosting and email processors operate within the European Economic Area. If a processor transfers data outside the EEA, that transfer relies on an adequacy decision or on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

• Account and listing data: while your account exists, then deleted or anonymised within 90 days of closure.
• Invoices and accounting records: eight years, as required by Hungarian accounting law.
• Aggregated statistics: up to 400 days, then deleted.
• Contact form messages: two years.
• Outgoing email logs: 14 days.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format. Where we rely on legitimate interest, you can object at any time. Write to hello@aiappranking.com and we will answer within one month.

Cookies

We use only cookies that are necessary for the site to work: a session cookie when you sign in, and WooCommerce cookies that keep your cart and checkout working. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, so no consent banner is required. You can delete cookies in your browser, but signing in and checkout will stop working.

Complaints

If you think we have handled your data wrongly, please tell us first. You also have the right to complain to the Hungarian supervisory authority, the National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH, naih.hu), or to the authority in your country of residence.

Changes

If we change this notice materially we will say so on this page and, for account holders, by email. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
