How the order is decided

  1. Current monthly amount, excluding tax, highest first.
  2. If two advertisers pay the same, whoever reached that amount first is placed higher.
  3. If that is still equal, a stable internal identifier decides, so the order never flickers.

Renewing at an unchanged amount does not lose your place in a tie. Past spending does not accumulate: only your current monthly amount counts.

What does not affect the order

Changing your amount

Raising it takes effect once the additional payment settles. You see the prorated amount for the rest of the current period, your new monthly amount and your next charge date before you confirm. If the payment fails, your existing paid placement is untouched.

Lowering it takes effect at your next renewal. Until the period you already paid for ends, you keep the position that amount bought. The pending change is shown in your account and you can cancel it before it takes effect.

Cancellation and failed payments

Cancelling stops the next charge. Your listing stays up until the period you have already paid for ends. If a renewal fails, the listing ends when the last paid period runs out; a later successful payment restores it for the period it covers.
